Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our talented team and help make companies more efficient and secure by ease their job when moving to the clouds. Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality code within agreed deadlines, technical and quality specifications set;
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement of identified issues;
Maintain and write documentation for the developed code and activities;
Continuously contribute to the Vawlt team development through training, mentoring, coaching and performance management.

Main requirements:

Degree level in Computer Science;
4+ years of Java programming experience;
Strong knowledge base and experience with distributed systems and/or cybersecurity;
Strong knowledge base and experience with one or more of the following programming grammars: Javascript, C++, Python, SWIFT;
Experience investigating and improving Java performance;
Experience in integrating several different technologies;
Passion for working on an agile, fast-paced and team-oriented environment;
Fluent written and spoken English

Bonus:

Experience in developing or integrating data-storage-related technologies;
Deep knowledge of Cloud solutions;
Knowledge in deep integrations with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux);
Agile Development, like Scrum;
Experience in leading development teams and/or projects.
